In visit to #TimorLeste, the Educating The Future delegation held a meeting with the Alola Foundation. Ema de Sousa, the representative of the Alola Foundation who met with the delegation directly welcomed this initiative and in this meeting explained about the program being implemented including the education program.
As an organization that aims to empower disadvantaged youth, Educating The Future (#ETF) which consists of Australian students focuses on its service to education programs, especially in Ermera Municipality. Meeting with the Alola Foundation and other organizations is a strategy to build relationships.

Besides discussing with representatives of Alola, ETF delegates also held meetings with several organizations, Mary MacKillop, Abundant Water, Childfund International Asia Region, Klibur Foinsa’e Humanitarian – KFH and Ba Futuru / For the Future. This team was also fortunate to meet the Australian Ambassador and representatives from Australia in Timor-Leste.
